We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Items
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Certain items (such as personal hygiene products, opened software, or final-sale items) are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@popaeon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
