At Popaeon, we specialize in high-performance RC technology and custom-designed products. To ensure you receive the best quality at the most competitive prices, we ship our products directly from our global fulfillment centers in the USA, Europe, and Asia.

1. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by location and the specific product ordered. Please see our estimated delivery windows below:

  • United States: 5–10 Business Days

  • India: 5–10 Business Days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 Business Days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 Business Days

  • Middle East (UAE/Saudi Arabia): 8–14 Business Days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 Business Days

Note: These are estimates. Delivery times may be affected by seasonal volume or local customs processing.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment agent.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.

4. Shipping Rates

We aim to keep shipping simple:

  • Standard Insured Shipping: Flat rate applied at checkout based on your region.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50 USD (or local currency equivalent).

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Popaeon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For our customers in the UK and EU, VAT is calculated and collected at checkout where applicable to ensure smoother delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

We provide Insured Shipping on all RC Jets and Drones. If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our support team at hello@popaeon.store with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
