Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

How to Track

1. Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Pop Aeon (also check your spam/junk folder).
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or visit the courier's website and enter your tracking number.

Order Not Shipped Yet?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. If you placed your order recently, your tracking info may not be available yet — please check back in 24–48 hours.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, or if your tracking shows an unexpected issue, contact us at hello@popaeon.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
