What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, email us at hello@popaeon.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

How long does delivery take?

Do you offer free shipping?

Can I track my order?

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at hello@popaeon.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll sort it out for you.
